What it is

Rigid boxes are packaging customers keep. We produce magnetic-closure, lid-and-base, and drawer-style rigid boxes with wrapped board, foil, embossing, and fitted inserts — the presentation high-end products need.

Folding cartons are efficient; rigid boxes are an event. Thick chipboard wrapped in printed or specialty paper holds its shape forever, and a magnetic closure or ribbon pull turns opening into a ritual. For cosmetics, spirits, electronics, and gifting, it's the difference between a purchase and a keepsake.

We engineer the structure around the product with foam, paperboard, or molded inserts, then finish with foil, deboss, soft-touch lamination, or spot UV. Everything is proofed as a physical sample before the run.

Can I see a sample before I commit?
Yes. Rigid boxes are always sampled physically before the production run.
What's the lead time?
Longer than folding cartons because each box is built and wrapped. Tell us your date when you quote and we'll plan around it.
Do you make inserts?
Yes — foam, paperboard, and molded inserts cut to the product.
